The Center for Community Analysis at New Mexico State University was established in 2016 through a grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and is located on the New Mexico State University campus. The Center collaborates with partners across Doña Ana County and New Mexico to gather data that is often hard-to-find or spread across many organizations, as well as gather data through surveys, assessment, and evaluation. This collective effort allows us to centralize, analyze, and disseminate data to the community in order to improve evidence-based decision making. Our focus is on education and community well-being.
Mission:
To strengthen the data analysis capacity of education and community advocates in Southern New Mexico and the borderland region.
Vision:
To provide community organizations and government agencies with high-quality data so they can increase their collective impact capacities and improve the lives of residents in Doña Ana County and beyond.
